Because of you, lives around the world will be impacted.

Jacinta Tegman, World Concern President

Nearly 1,600 runners converged on the CRISTA Ministries campus on Saturday, May 7, 2016 to take a stand against human trafficking at the 8th Annual World Concern Free Them 5K. From serious runners to families with little ones, our incredible community joined together to help raise awareness and funds for one of the world’s most heartbreaking problems–human trafficking.

Participants raised over $206,000 in their fight against trafficking, and the funds will be used to support prevention and rehabilitation of victims through World Concern’s programs.

“Wow! What an event! It could not have been better” said Jacinta Tegman, World Concern President. “It was a proud moment for World Concern and a lot of good will happen because of it. Because of you, lives around the world will be impacted.”
