Spirit 105.3 celebrated an incredible victory when the station took home the top prize at the 2016 Christian Music Broadcasters Awards on Wednesday night, being named “Major Market Station of the Year” at the prestigious industry event.

The station is celebrating their victory, and Matt Stockman, CRISTA Media Director of Programming, is giving all thanks to God and his team. In an email announcing the win to his team, he told them:
“This award is purely the result two things: first, God’s favor (He gets the glory) and second, you. Your hard work and dedication, your commitment to excellence no matter what role you play at SPIRIT, and your passion for reaching people in Seattle with His hope is why I asked the 1,000 or so people there last night to cheer and applaud for you… because you really deserve it.”
