IRS Form 990 Update Following CRISTA Receiving Church Classification
CRISTA Ministries (EIN#91-6012289) is a non-profit organization with classification as a public charity as described in IRC Sections 509 (a)(1) and 170 (b)(1)(A)(i). Due to being recognized as a church, CRISTA is not required to file an IRS Form 990. In the spirit of being as transparent as possible with our donors and those we serve, we have elected to voluntarily post our most recent audited 990 statement, encompassing our fiscal year which concluded on June 30, 2023.
