CRISTA Ministries has announced that Channah Hanberg has been promoted to Vice President of CRISTA Media, effective July 1.
Hanberg has been an integral part of CRISTA Media for 15 years. Now, she will lead Seattle-based KCMS SPIRIT 105.3 and KCIS 630, as well as KWPZ PRAISE 106.5, serving the Bellingham and Vancouver markets. Since 2020, Hanberg has been fulfilling both Market Manager and General Manager duties, overseeing day-to-day operations for the three radio stations and CRISTA Media’s various digital platforms. During her distinguished tenure with CRISTA, Hanberg has played a critical role in the creation and growth of the AllMomDoes blog community and Purposely podcast network.
A graduate of Seattle Pacific University, Hanberg originally began her professional career as a media buyer and planner before arriving at CRISTA in 2008. She will report directly to CRISTA CEO Jacinta Tegman, who announced the promotion in an all-staff meeting.
